Dispatch information
Do you place your order with us before 23.00? Then we ship the same day and your order will be delivered the next day! (Monday to Friday).

Unfortunately, it is possible that the postal services are delayed. As soon as you have received the track and trace, the responsibility lies with the postal services. We regret if there is any kind of delay, but we ask for your patience. If a shipment takes longer than 72 hours, please contact our customer service.

A shipment to Belgium takes 1-3 working days.

Postage costs
We charge €3.95 for shipping an order. (Belgium €4.95) We understand that this causes disappointment at the checkout. However, every webshop has to reimburse shipping costs. Our products are therefore not included in shipping costs, so you do not pay twice if you order multiple products. This has been deliberately chosen so that the customer can order multiple products with one-time shipping costs. 
From an amount of €50 we will take care of the shipping costs.

What do we do with the shipping costs?
It goes without saying that shipping is not free. We use your shipping costs to keep our shipping speed high. We employ a professional team who are working hard every working day to ship orders from our warehouse. This allows us to give you as a customer the space to order until 23.00 and have it at home the next day. 

Track and Trace
All our shipments are linked to a Track and Trace code. This will be sent to you by email after your order has been packed. It may take a while before your tracking code is active. (maximum 24 hours) You can enter the Track and Trace code on the pages of the carrier that is indicated.
